Of peace!
Is what I have sought continuously, and is what I finally have!
But peace has come at a great price. But that apart -
My tiny little rented place in Delhi, has come to me at an appropriate time. I can float here like the halcyon does on the winter seas. True, most of the things in my little house are rented - the refrigerator, the air-conditioner and the washing machine. But they are still mine! It is the pleasure of adding those little bricks of happiness to my house and making it a home that makes it unique. It is a place I can fall back upon, when I know that a storm is on its way. It is a place, I have begun looking up to as my own! Do you know how lovely that sounds?
I can do what I want to.
I can cook what I want to cook, when I want to cook, they way I want to cook.
I can set my own schedules without external forces pressurising me to...
And more importantly, I have with me my 2 cents of esteem!
